Project Engineer – PE02
Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunications or Electronics and Communications from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. No prior work experience is required. Candidates who have appeared in their final examinations between April and July 2026 and are awaiting results may also apply, subject to production of the pass certificate at the time of joining with 55% marks in all declared semesters.
Desirable: Interest and ability to work in EMC Test Lab/Facility — EMI/EMC test and evaluation, EMI/EMC calibration. Working knowledge of RF and microwave instrumentation and EM Modelling is desirable.
Senior Project Engineer – SPE02
Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunications or Electronics and Communications with a minimum of 55% marks and at least 3 years of relevant work experience; OR a B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 55% marks along with an M.E./M.Tech. in a relevant discipline with no experience required.
Desirable: Experience in EMP and EMI/EMC test, measurement, and consultancy services; knowledge of EMC Standards; and experience with EM Modelling tools such as CST/HFSS/FEKO.
Project Scientific Assistant (A) – PSAA01
Candidates must have a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. No prior work experience is required.
Desirable: Interest in EMC Test Lab work, EMI/EMC test and evaluation, EMI/EMC calibration, and basic knowledge of RF and microwave instrumentation.
Project Scientific Assistant (B) – PSAB01
Candidates must hold a Diploma in ECE/ETE with a minimum of 55% marks along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Desirable: Experience in EMP and EMI/EMC test and measurement, knowledge of EMC Standards, and experience in maintenance of EMC Labs.
Project Scientific Assistant (C) – PSAC01
Candidates must hold a Diploma in ECE/ETE with a minimum of 55% marks along with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
Desirable: Extensive experience in EMP and EMI/EMC test and measurement, EMC Standards, and maintenance of EMC Labs.

SAMEER Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
The selection process involves a Written Test, Skill Test, and/or Personal Interview (online or offline) as per requirement for the respective posts. Candidates cleared in the screening test will be called for a personal interview, which may be held on the same day or on a subsequently notified date. Final selection will be based on performance in the interview. The panel of selected candidates will remain valid for one year from the date of interview/skill test. Mere appearance in the test or interview does not confer any right to selection or appointment.
