Haryana Court Clerk Selection Process 2026
The selection process for Haryana Court Clerks includes a online examination followed by a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). Candidates qualifying in both stages will be finally recruited for 1265 Clerk vacancies.
HC Clerk Online Written Examination (CBT) Pattern
The test will feature two primary sections over a standard duration of 2 hours:
- General Knowledge (Objective): 50 Questions carrying 50 Marks.
- English Composition: Total 50 Marks.
Objective portion: 50 Questions carrying 20 Marks.
Subjective portion (to be typed on screen): 30 Marks. - This includes an Essay of 150 words (10 Marks), Letter Writing (5 Marks), Precis Writing (5 Marks), and Translation from Hindi to English (10 Marks).
Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 1/4th mark (0.25) for each incorrect objective answer.
Qualifying Score: Candidates must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject independently, along with a combined aggregate of 40% marks to cross the written evaluation tier
